  2. What are the most pressing needs or problems in my target market, and how can I address them with my current resources?

  3. How can I start small and grow my business over time?

  4. What are some low-cost or free tools or resources that I can use to help me get started?

  5. What partnerships or collaborations can I develop to expand my resources and knowledge?

  6. What are the potential limitations of my current resources, and how can I work around them?

  7. How can I measure the impact and effectiveness of my strategies and make adjustments if needed?

  8. How can I create a sustainable revenue stream from the products or services I offer?

  9. How can I scale up my business in the future when I have more resources?

  10. What opportunities can I create a unique value proposition for my target market?

Answering these questions can help you better understand what resources you have and what opportunities and challenges you may face, and also help identify the key areas you need to focus on to build and grow your business.

For example:

Let's say a persona named "John" is a recent college graduate with a degree in marketing. John has always been interested in starting his own business, but he doesn't have a lot of money to invest in it.

  1. John starts small by launching a social media marketing agency, which is a business he knows how to run, thanks to his marketing degree.

  2. He finds out that small business owners in his area are struggling to keep up with their social media presence. He leverages his knowledge of social media and marketing to provide these businesses with services such as social media account management and advertising.

  3. John is frugal and utilise online resources to keep his costs low. He uses free tools such as Canva and Hootsuite to help create his clients' content and manages their social media accounts.

  4. He takes advantage of networking opportunities to build connections in the local business community and expand his client base. He also seeks out mentorship opportunities to learn from more experienced entrepreneurs.

  5. To measure his success he track the progress of his clients and how their online presence improves as a result of his services. He also seek feedback to see how he can improve his services.

  6. As his business grows, he begins to explore different revenue streams, such as offering training and consulting services to other entrepreneurs.

  7. With the knowledge and resources he gained, he starts to expand his service offerings, such as video production or website design, expanding his target market and creating a new value proposition.

  8. He then eventually brings on a team member to help him grow his business even more, and keep his focus on his growing list of clients.
